Vocalist Kitty Margolis
and saxmen Red Holloway and John Handy thrilled a sell-out crowd at Jazz at Chardonnay last season, on September 12, 1999. They were accompanied by Kitty's outstanding trio – Paul Nagel, piano, Jon Wiitala, bass, and Scott Morris, drums. To give you an idea of what this wonderful afternoon was like, here are two multimedia snapshots, taken by jazz fan Dennis Steinert.
